These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the knowu.co website and intake process (the "Platform"), operated by Knowu ("we", "us", "our"), a service based in Singapore. By submitting the intake form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms.
Knowu is an early-access matching platform that connects solopreneurs with complementary building partners — pairing people with execution skills alongside those with deep domain expertise. By submitting the intake form, you are expressing interest in being considered for our curated matching programme. Submission does not guarantee a match, an introduction, or membership on the platform.
Knowu facilitates introductions in good faith. We do not guarantee partnerships, business outcomes, or the accuracy of any user-provided information.

The intake form collects information about your background, interests, and what you are looking for in a building partner. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your submission. Providing false, misleading, or substantially incomplete information is grounds for disqualification from the matching programme.
Your submission is reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to decline or disqualify any submission at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
If accepted, you may receive up to three curated match profiles by email. These introductions are made based on compatibility as assessed by our team. We do not guarantee a minimum number of introductions, the suitability of any match, or any particular outcome from an introduction.
Any business arrangements, agreements, or contracts entered into between matched individuals are entirely between those parties. Knowu is not a party to any such agreement and bears no responsibility for disputes arising from them.
You agree not to use the Platform or any introductions made through it to:
All Platform content — including design, copy, and structure — is owned by Knowu and protected under applicable intellectual property law. Your intake responses remain yours; by submitting them, you grant Knowu a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them for matching and platform improvement purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knowu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of business opportunity, reputation, or data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed SGD 100.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
